SKIN IQ Terms, and Policies:


Every appointment is very important to us, therefore we respectfully request a 24 hour notice if needing to reschedule or cancel. This will allow another client to book this slot. If proper notice has not been given when rescheduling, a $25 rebooking fee for appointments under $100 and a $50 rebooking fee for appointments over $100.
‘No-Show’ appointments will be charged 100% of their treatment full dollar value.


Available for any amount, SkinIQ gift cards make the perfect gift for those who would like to slow down the aging process of the skin with our popular and efficient treatments.
Please note: Lost and stolen cards are not replaceable. skiniqrtificates are transferable but non-refundable.


Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first appointment to fill out the form, and to allow a stress-free experience with some decompression time.


Guests with medical conditions are advised to consult their doctors before booking any spa services. Kindly inform your esthetician of any existing medical or new conditions since last visiting with us (e.g.: pregnancy, sun sensitizing antibiotics, new medication, etc) Skin IQ services are provided for general purposes only and are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical treatment for any condition, medical or otherwise, that clients may have.


We DO allow children of any age to accompany parents to spa appointments, BUT only if they are self sufficient, and can easily entertain themselves (ipad, coloring books, etc).
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please note our twenty-four hour cancellation policy.
All spa guests must be 16 years of age or older to schedule or receive a spa service. Clients between the ages of 12 and 16 years of age may enjoy our services when accompanied by an adult. All clients under the age of 18 must bring a signed guardian consent form.


We will be happy to accept returns on our products, BUT only when a visible allergic reaction occurred upon using this product, and ONLY if returned while the reaction is visible and shown to one of skin IQ staff members. When the product was the cause of the skin reaction, the reaction should be visible within 24 hours from the first usage of the product. You MUST contact us immediately to schedule the assessment of the skin with the first available esthetician. It is very important for you, and for us, to record on your file all the ingredients, and rule out the possible allergen.
Unfortunately and without exception, we cannot accept for return any opened products, when there is no visible allergic reaction.
All refunds are for SPA RETAIL CREDIT ONLY for future product purchases. NOT for SPA SERVICES.
No cash refunds on returned products.


Please place any valuables in your purse, before you start your treatment with us. Unfortunately, skinIQ cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items.
SkinIQ reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or raise prices on certain treatments, or products without prior notification to ensure that maximum standards of service and quality are met. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask when you book your appointment, or upon arrival for your treatment.
As payment for spa services or retail, we currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express(R), Discover Card, Diner’s Club, SkinIQ-certificates, checks, and cash. You may opt to leave gratuities for our wonderful skin experts. The recommended range is between 15% and 20% of the price of the service provided, but the amount is left up to your discretion. Gratuities can be paid in cash (in the provided envelope by the receptionist), by credit card , or by checks.
